Roice is one of the influential youth in climate educators in Uganda.He is a lecturer and and an Environmental consultant at Ndejje university and International University of East africa. He also was a visiting researcher (Environmental engineering) at Egypt Japan university of science and Technology. Roice has empowered more than 10,000 African youth through innovative educational programs. Roice has been a sustainabilty expert and is currently a board adviser for now 15 local climate adaptation Organisations which are now among the fastest growing intiatives in Uganda both in Environmental mangemment and Agriecological systems..
